Fresh-translate home, CV, contact, and gallery content from the current Dutch source instead of the drifted/embellished prior English text (CV in particular had invented details not present in Dutch, and contact was missing a phone number while listing an opening day the Dutch page doesn't have). Create English versions for the Gallery page and 20 werk-in-detail albums that previously had none, translating titles into English. Media fields (media_order, portret, images) left untouched everywhere. kijkpotten has no Dutch source, so left as-is. ||
Natascha Rieter, born in Roermond (1948), has lived in Bunde since 2020, where she has her gallery and studio in a former butcher's shop. Before that, from 1988, she lived in the hamlet of Groot Welsden, where she and her husband Siegfried Gorinskat (also a ceramist, who passed away in 2006) had their studios in a typical half-timbered farmhouse. Both artists enjoy great renown in the art world for their ceramic work. In 1989 they opened Ceramic Gallery "Groot Welsden" — and not without success.

|
||
Natascha studied monumental design, majoring in painting, at the City Academy in Maastricht (1967–1971). After this training she worked for two years in a ceramic studio in Switzerland (1971–1972). From 1972 to 1975 she studied ceramics at the ceramic "Fachschule" in Höhr-Grenzhausen, Germany. She then came to Nijswiller (South Limburg), where she established herself as a ceramicist (1976–1988). She exhibited in many galleries, among others in the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, France and Japan.

The themes that play a role in her work are nature and humanity: LIFE.

She translates her feelings into ceramics: **"Working with clay is for me the same as writing a poem."**
|
||
|
||
Natascha Rieter makes functional ceramics, reliefs, small sculptures, modelled figures and clay paintings. She uses stoneware clay from Germany and porcelain from France, and fires at stoneware temperature.

||
|
||
In making her clay paintings, she combines ceramics with painting techniques and a wooden panel.
|
||
|
||
After her husband passed away, she took up painting, etching and screen printing again, which had always been her passion.
|
||
|
||
