Land the owner trip publish/unpublish toggle to local main: Playwright specs (TP1-TP8), the ce-compound solution doc + CONCEPTS.md Published/Draft concept, and the plan/spec docs. Bumps the user submodule pin to 543e8e3 (the merged user/ main containing the feature + denmark-2026 cover content). Local landing only — nothing pushed.
