Add docs/solutions/architecture-patterns/dual-repo-submodule-workflow.md covering the outer-repo + user/ submodule structure, when to bump the pin (cross-repo feature boundaries, not routine content), the reachable/push-first rules, and the worktree + per-worktree dev-server flow.
