Fix jullie/je inconsistency, retitle the CV link as levensloop, group
practice/commissions/teaching into one paragraph so the poetic closing
line stands alone, and fix minor typos. Add a "plan your visit" button
on the Contact page linking to Google Maps directions (no origin set,
so it defaults to the visitor's current location) — implemented in the
Twig template rather than page content since Grav's markdown parser
escapes raw HTML in page body text.
