Fresh-translate home, CV, contact, and gallery content from the current Dutch source instead of the drifted/embellished prior English text (CV in particular had invented details not present in Dutch, and contact was missing a phone number while listing an opening day the Dutch page doesn't have). Create English versions for the Gallery page and 20 werk-in-detail albums that previously had none, translating titles into English. Media fields (media_order, portret, images) left untouched everywhere. kijkpotten has no Dutch source, so left as-is. Welcome to my website, glad you're here.
My site consists of my life story and the gallery. In work in detail you can see what I've been working on in recent years.
I am a visual artist and work mainly with clay, although in recent years I've also taken up painting alongside it. I make reliefs, clay paintings, modelled sculptures and wheel-thrown work. In recent years I have been almost exclusively occupied with monumental commissions; I work freely as well as on commission, and give courses and workshops.
My work is emotional and poetic with a monumental character. Working with clay is for me the same as writing a poem.
