docs: add posting pipeline reference and Admin entry blueprint
- posting-pipeline.md: full frontmatter reference, frontend form flow,
Admin backend flow, page folder structure
- blueprints/entry.yaml: Admin form fields for city, country, lat/lng,
weather condition dropdown, temperature, hero image
